Leah was such a huge help in our search for a rental home! She was diligent in sending us listings almost daily, and was always available to show us a home, even with our crazy work schedules. She found the home we are living in currently, and it wasn't even on our radar. Lots of considerations with our special circumstances (a toddler AND a huge dog!) Leah will be the only realtor we will see when we are ready to buy in a couple years!

Leah Beard is the best realtor I have used, hands down. Within three days of putting my property on the market for Rent, she had several people come and visit the property. Just like that, I had a signed contract and I got some of the best renters out there in my property. The entire process was quick and easy as she saved me from having to worry about the little things. I was blown away by how quick the process was and the amount she was able to bring me monthly for my home. If you're looking for amazing results, she is the person you want representing you!
