Leah Dabney

Inspired by her real estate family and passion for design, Leah Dabney began her career in 2001 by successfully flipping properties with her husband, George. With Their rehabbing e efforts were well received, and Leah responded to her buyers’ and sellers’ requests for further services for their evolving home needs by earning her real Estate license. She focuses on the real estate and design side, and she expands her offerings to construction with George's reputable general contractor services.
Leah loves reimagining spaces, inviting her clients to share her vision, and watching their excitement about the possibilities.

Leah is equally compassionate, thoughtful, and responsive to all her clients, whether they’re interested in working with single-family homes, land, multi-unit properties, or fixer-uppers. Without ever assuming she can guess what her clients need, she keeps her ears open, following through on every promise she makes and building trusting relationships along the way. Born in Ventura, Leah has lived in Carpinteria since 2002. She joined her first brokerage in 2005 and remained there until launching gilded properties in 2022. As much as she enjoys doling out design and color advice, Leah is also an accomplished horseback rider and animal lover.
