Leah Nascimento (also know as Marilia Nascimento) is a Brazilian-born real estate agent and the founder of MGN Fine Homes, serving Metro Atlanta and North Atlanta, Georgia. She helps immigrant families, relocating professionals, and strategic buyers and sellers navigate the Georgia real estate market with clarity, cultural understanding, and a plan designed to protect both finances and peace of mind.
Her real estate journey began in 2007, when she purchased her first home just before the 2008 market downturn. That experience shaped her approach: real estate can be a powerful wealth-building tool, but only when decisions are made with education, timing, and strong guidance. Since then, Leah has gained experience across multiple market cycles as both an investor and a trusted advisor.
After purchasing a property in Georgia and feeling dissatisfied with the service she received, Leah decided to become the kind of professional she wished she had. She earned her Georgia real estate license in 2014 and has now spent 10+ years helping clients buy, sell, relocate, and invest—supporting 200+ families in reaching their real estate goals. She founded MGN Fine Homes in 2016 after recognizing a gap in the market: immigrants, especially Brazilians, were often held back by myths and misconceptions that discouraged them from pursuing homeownership and wealth-building opportunities in the U.S. Her mission is to dispel misinformation, educate with empathy, and provide a calm, structured process where clients understand the “why” behind every step.
