I must say Leah is a very strategic listing agent, she listed my condo in Ocean City Md and it was under contract within 2 hours of listing with everything I wanted and an additional 30k. Leah was very efficient knowledgeable and helped make this process as seamless as possible. I would definitely recommend Leah for listing or even purchasing because she really is a great real estate agent! Now it’s time for her to help me purchase another property!

My wife is totally scared normally and over the top with communication demands. We had a multi-state move and massive timeline constraints for her job promotion and didn’t want to move twice. To my surprise and amazement Leah exceeded my expectations and kept my wife in the loop with all details of the transaction. We found our dream home and Leah made it a dream process for the two of us!

Leah helped my family sell their childhood home in 2021. It was a million dollar home in a rural area so there wasn’t a lot of traffic originally. She took the time to work the listing into other “circles” of agents and clients. The showings picked up and by the end of the sale there was multiple offers turned down until we settled on the right buyers! She was always honest, even if it wasn’t the best news which built a transparent relationship between client and agent. All in all, it was a great experience and to have a agent that we trusted made all the difference.
