Leah Stankiewicz started her real estate career in late 2011 at RE/MAX. While the economy was still pulling out of the recession, and home sales still were not back up to par, she managed to receive the Muli-Million Dollar Club award and be Rookie of the Year for her first full year in 2012. Each year since then, Leah’s business has grown more and more. She is blessed that it is growing mostly by referrals. As they say, a referral is one of the highest compliments you can receive because it shows people trust you to take care of their friends and loved ones that they send your way. Leah is so appreciative of the referrals given to me!
In August 2015, Leah left RE/MAX to join Atlanta Communities. At the time, Atlanta Communities only had 650 agents and five offices. They are growing so fast in Atlanta, and now have seven offices and 1700 agents. She felt this was the right move for her to grow her business even more based on their leadership and has never regretted her decision to move to Atlanta Communities.
In 2018, Leah got her broker's license and is now an associate broker with Atlanta Communities. Next on her to-do list is to get her Florida real estate license so she can sell homes at the beach as well!
In addition to her growing real estate business, Leah was also on the board of the Cobb Association of Realtors from 2015, starting as a Board Director, then moving into various VP roles through 2022, including the VP of Admin and Finance. While they were unpaid volunteer positions, the connections she made with other industry leaders through her local Cobb board and the Georgia Assoc of Realtors, the education she received, and the leadership skills she gained running different committees, were so worth it.
Leah prides herself on communication. People say she talks a lot, but her goal is for you to never say "you didn't tell me that." She tries to educate her clients on the pros and cons of different homes, different offers, different loan types, etc. When your closing is done, Leah wants you to feel like you really learned a lot from her.
