Leanne Kreps

Leanne Kreps is originally from Illinois, but Nashville has been her home since 2005 when she moved here to play college volleyball. Growing up in a gym, she developed a mindset that can’t be taught, and it has served her well in sales throughout her career. She has a competitive nature and an old school approach that doesn’t involve business cards or social media. She believes that somewhere in today’s society the “roll up your sleeves” mentality has been lost but is confident in her ability to bring that to the table for her clients.

Leanne started her career in the orthopedic space where she worked alongside some of the most sought-after surgeons in the country. This allowed her to blend her love of sports and sales and she was consistently one of the top sales representatives in her company. Although Leanne didn’t start her career in real-estate, after investing in the Nashville market at the age of 24, real-estate quickly became a passion of hers. From her own investment at a young age, she has gained a wealth of knowledge that surpasses a basic home sale or purchase.

In her spare time, you can find her watching golf (Augusta is next on the bucket list for her and her dad) and at Titans and Predators games. She currently serves all of the greater Nashville area, including both Davidson and Williamson Counties and has sold homes ranging from $300k to over $9 million. With the help of her dedicated team, she is able to ensure every part of a transaction is thoroughly taken care of with great attention to detail.
