Leanne Ouellette

Leanne considers herself an extremely dedicated, caring, and compassionate REALTOR who will work tirelessly for her clients. She has had her NH real estate license since 2011 and worked in the real estate field as an executive assistant prior to getting her license. She has always had a passion for real estate, and she has decades of strong administrative experience supporting top level executives. Her organizational and interpersonal skills are a nice compliment in this profession.

Leanne has been with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage (CBRB) since 2014 and previously was a successful member within a team. The time needed to devote to her individual clients was her driving force in leaving the team to work directly and hands on for her clients. Her client base is ongoing and continually growing, an accomplishment directly resulting from her diligence and dedication to the goals of her buyers and sellers. Leanne ALWAYS gives her clients top priority. She is experienced in all facets of the business including single family, condo, multi-family, and mobile home sales. She maintains her real estate license by taking ongoing classes/seminars to keep current with imperative changes and trends.

Outside of work, Leanne has lived in Stratham since 2004 with her husband, son, and daughter. They have a summer place in Wakefield, NH, and love to spend as much family time as they can there. She has community minded and have been involved with several different organizations currently and in the past.
