About Lee
Lee Amitai has spent the past 20 years in real estate, servicing an ever-growing customer base across Los Angeles. She is a skilled negotiator who has written and presented thousands of offers resulting in the same number of sales. Having immigrated to the United States when she was a child and becoming a U.S. citizen after her junior year of college, Lee is able to make her diverse group of clients comfortable in thoroughly understanding the real estate process. She continues to rank as one of the top producers in her office. Her innovative marketing and advertising program has proven to work consistently. A majority of her listings sell significantly over the listing price.
Lee attributes her success in real estate in part to her keen eye for details when staging homes. She graduated from Loyola Marymount University with a degree in Studio Arts and an emphasis in Graphic Design. This art background gives Lee the unique ability to envision the potential of your home and knows how to enhance it and bring out its best features. She is enthusiastic about this process as a necessary step toward huge results.
Growing up in Culver City and attending LMU, she has become a sought-after expert in Los Angeles County neighborhoods, specifically Culver City, Westchester, Playa Del Rey, and Playa Vista. Since the age of 9, she remembers accompanying her mother to Open Houses and escorting prospective buyers around their new homes. With her love of real estate beginning at such an early age, Lee has a tremendous experience edge over competing real estate agents. Her mother Roni who has been in the real estate business for over 30 years encouraged her to get her real estate license soon after graduating from high school. At the age of nineteen, Lee became one of the youngest licensed and active real estate agents in Southern California. She started working as an assistant and buyers' agent to top producing agents in Beverly Hills, Westchester, and Hermosa Beach, gaining sales experience and localized real estate knowledge. After helping several top teams grow their businesses, Lee and Roni decided to partner up and become a mother-daughter real estate team known across Los Angeles as “The Amitai Team.”
