My husband and I cannot say enough good things about Lee Ann! She is responsive, attentive, and always thinking one step ahead, often thinking of things we didn’t think about ourselves. Her relationships mean everything to her and you can see it in the way she treats everyone - her clients, the agent on the other side of the transaction, inspectors, mortgage brokers, etc. There’s no one that works harder or cares more and we couldn’t have been luckier to have worked with Lee Ann!

It was a great experience working with Lee Ann! My husband and I feel really lucky to have her as our real estate agent. We bought and sold three houses before, and consider Lee Ann as one of the best real estate agents we worked with.

We relocated from the greater New York area to Atlanta and had limited knowledge of the housing market in Atlanta. We had a relatively tight window for home search and COVID19 made it even harder. Lee Ann was introduced to us by a friend. She really made the whole process hassle-free.

She is super knowledgable of the Greater Atlanta area, straightforward to share candid thoughts about each house, and most importantly, reliable! She was very devoted to search the right home for us after knowing our preferences, and always came well-prepared to each onsite visit with sufficient information and documentations of each house. During the later stage of home purchase, she demonstrated strong negotiation skills and was extremely detailed oriented in screening contracts and amendments.

I have bought and sold a total of 7 homes with Lee Ann over the past 12 years and I have also referred her all of my friends and family. She has helped me find not only my personal home, but multiple investment homes throughout metro Atlanta. You will not find a harder working or more aggressive Realtor. It’s almost an unfair fight when she is on your side! I sent her a text about a home on Lake Lanier on a Friday night, and she drove up and met me at the property the next day and we closed soon after!
