Lee Arrowood was the listing agent for our house in Potomac, MD. Lee stood out from the very beginning when we interviewed a few local agents with her professional knowledge of the local market and accurate assessments of the listing strategy. She is also very intelligent in answering tough questions especially when the market was in a very tough situation for sellers. We were extremely impressed and went with her and team as listing partner immediately. We were so glad that we made this choice!

Throughout the entire listing process, Lee and team guided us with their attention to details and responded swiftly to changing market conditions. Their initial recommendation on how to best bring out the beauty of our house was critical. Her team did a fantastic job taking care all of the logistics in setting up the house for showing. The photographer was phenomenal! The time they took to list the house from our initial conversation was second to none. The team was very responsive and responsible for answering questions and taking actions.

Lee was able to secure multiple offers for us through a ton of showings, and multiple open houses. They responded to our requests to have additional open houses quickly and were willing to go the extra miles to show our houses. The showing was also managed very closely by the team to enable safe and prompt showings to potential buyers. They provided timely responses from buyers back to us and helped us understand them and the general market condition.

We were especially appreciated to her coaching when the first offer fell through. She quickly started negotiating with multiple potential buyers and always kept us on top of what is happening. We were very appreciated to her responsiveness especially when she was traveling for family matters and still try to talk and text with us from the airport, and during odd hours.

She is also very understanding and cooperative with us. She was always straightforward with us and provided us with her judgments of situations. Yet she was willing to listen and work with us when we needed additional information and help. This is a very rare quality that we valued tremendously.

The end result was the listing was a great success. The property sold at the listing price and it shows that her assessment of the property value was spot on, and her follow up and follow through with potential buyer was very effective. Overall, we were extremely pleased and privileged with working with Lee and her team. We recommend her to any potential sellers without the slightest hesitation. Lee and Katherine were a phenomenal team helping my wife and I find our long term home here in Maryland. After having our first child in January 2022, we decided it was time to move out of the city. They took a stressful situation of selling our home and finding a new one as easy as possible.

Lee has helped my husband and I buy and sell our homes. Lee has also helped our daughter and our son buy their homes. Lee is extremely professional and patient a hard combination to find I think. We enjoyed our sale and our purchase, both were stress free and actually fun thanks to Lee. Her attention to detail on our behalf was helpful and kept all transactions running smoothly. Lee Arrowood is a class act. Except that it’s not an act. Unlike so many with her poise and smarts, she’s really adept at grinding through all the details that are a part of home buying and/or selling. Somehow, with her sense of humor and tenacity, combined with her razor sharp knowledge of all the real estate twists and turns, she manages to turn the ordeal into a fun experience.
