Lee worked with me to find my first house in Sarasota and told me when the time was right to buy. Lee Brewer is an excellent realtor! If you are looking to purchase a home or condo on the Gulf side in Florida I highly recommend working with Lee. I wanted a direct Gulf view condo in Crystal Sands on Siesta Key. I was working with a different realtor for 7 months and she was not able to find me one. I switched over to Lee and he found me exactly what I wanted within 12 hours!! He emailed his contacts and found a pocket listing that had not hit the market yet. We were able to work out a deal and close in less than a month.

Lee was very professional and thorough in the job that he did for me. I was buying remotely and Lee was in the condo within a day of finding it to take a walk through video and sent good pictures as well. He researched the building and sent over all of the recent inspections and assessments that had been done to the property / building. He was also able to provide me with the rental records of the previous owner. I must reiterate that Lee was able to do in 12 hours what my previous realtor could not achieve in 7 months. He is hard working, honest and he will find you what you are looking for.

Lastly, the previous owner of my condo cut the internet and cable sooner than expected (right on the closing day). The renters were not happy about it. Lee went out of his way and gave the renters a $200 gift card to a nice restaurant in town to help the situation. You will not find a better realtor to work with than Lee.

Lee Brewer recently sold my home. His marketing is "EXCELLENT." Of course, I had a gorgeous condo to begin with, but his photographer, using HDR photography, really made my place "stand out above the rest." Lee got my condo sold in 12 days! That's pretty darn fast in today's market, but just like his slogan says, "Lee Brewer sells it sooner." Lee is a "great negotiator," and very knowledgeable about this business from 24 years experience, and grew up in the Sarasota, FL area. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a home or selling a home in Sarasota, FL.

I found out about Lee Brewer through a Google search for realtors in Sarasota. Not having high hopes after all I had been through, I decided to give Lee a shot. Thank God I did! In just 2 short months I was able to learn tons about the Sarasota community from a true native. Lee listened to my wants and understood my needs and showed me tons of different properties within my price range. Being a single 20year old female at the time and a first time homebuyer I was extremely grateful for the amount of guidance Lee offered. I purchased my house in May of 2010 and it truly was a memorable experience because of Lee. I have recommended Lee to every person that I know in Sarasota.
