We highly recommend using Intrust Realty. Mr. Goldstein, the owner, and his staff are extremely professional and easy to work with. Last year my husband and I were looking to relocate from NJ to Wake Forest/Raleigh. Weeks in advance of our visit to Raleigh, I had scheduled an appointment with another realtor. I had also provided her a list of exactly what we were looking for. We had expected that she would be prepared and ready to show us the area and several homes. At our meeting she was totally unprepared and started an on-line search while we were sitting there. She then printed out several addresses and told us to go on our own. Needless to say, we were extremely disappointed with her lack of professionalism and help. As we left her office and drove to the first development we were interested in, I checked my emails and found Intrust Realty. I contacted them and by the time we reached the development, Mr. Goldstein was already there waiting for us. He guided us through the new construction process, provided information about the area and assigned his staff to work with us throughout our purchase. Mr. Goldstein and his staff are outstanding!

Don't hesitate to use InTrust Realty! And here's why - I've known and had the opportunity to work with Lee and his team at InTrust Realty for many years and can't say enough about their consistent professionalism and the level of service that they deliver to clients. Just one example that illustrates that was a situation where he recruited his entire team to help an elderly client move furniture and clean up her entire town home before the sell so she could get moved out. Not something they had to do or typically do, but just an example of how they go above and beyond for clients. It's also a reflection of Lee's genuine desire to help the people he comes in contact with. Great business and I highly recommend them if you need a realtor!

I have to say that I have never had such a wonderful experience buying a house. This is not first time buying a home but, this is the first time I got exactly what I both needed and wanted from my realtor. I worked with LeighAnn Marcum for all my front work from her taking me to all the houses I had sent her that interested me. I’m the kind of person who doesn’t linger and I knew exactly what I was looking for in a new home. She was friendly and really fun and I enjoyed seeing the houses. Luckily for me the one I wanted was in the first lot! From there I worked with Lee and Gigi Goldstein for paper work and my negotiation with the sellers. I honestly put my words in Gigi’s ears and she does not mess around. I had total confidence in all of them and I never am the one to relax when making such a huge purchase. Everything, and I mean everything from start to closing was just like it should be. Hopefully not soon, but should I want to buy again, you can believe I will call them. I will be doing exactly that when my current home is ready for the market. I know they will take just as good care of me on the other side too. Lastly, I loved that they are not some chain of realtors. This is their personal business. Not a big box name. I got personal service like I was the only client (even though I knew better) and I appreciated that. Every t was crossed and every i dotted.

Lee Goldstein is the most professional, most qualified, and most productive real estate agent we have ever worked with. We chose Lee to be our agent when he sold our neighbor's home in only six days (while the housing market was still in a slump). Two months later, he sold our home in only four days! Lee is very committed to his clients, making himself available weekends and holidays and answering calls and e-mails well outside of typical business hours. He made us feel like we were his only clients, but I'm sure his other clients felt the same way. We have known Lee as a business partner for some time and therefore he was a natural for us to go to when considering the sale of our home. Lee is amiable and sociable and crosses the line between friend and business council easily. Originally our intent was to prepare for the sale of our house in a year or two. He counseled us that the best time to enter the market was then and he was correct. During the sale of our home, we felt Lee was always honest and upfront with us regarding the sale and presentation of the house, what the market was after, and what would help make the house move. When an offer was presented, he helped us analyze the pro’s and con’s of the offer and provided negotiation tactics and strategies that were beneficial. In the end, we were satisfied with the results. Lee was also our realtor in helping us find our new home. Most of the homes we looked at were ones we found on line and requested viewings through Lee. He was usually very responsive in getting back to us and confirming times for viewing. During the viewings, his time was always ours. We always felt we were his top priority at those times.
