A consummate professional, Lee Moskof brings 19 years of experience in residential real estate sales and a wealth of business experience to Brown Harris Stevens. Since entering the industry, she has consistently earned accolades as a top producer and has delivered outstanding results for her customers and clients. She is committed, tireless, creative, and initiative-taking, always willing to go the extra mile for her sellers and buyers.
Lee has a diverse background in business, social services, and the arts, honing skills that serve her customers well. In the business world, she served as Vice President of the Tarrytown Executive Conference Center and Tarrytown Group for 10 years. After its sale, she became a consultant to entrepreneurial ventures in many arenas, including Original Artists, an artist management company that managed such renowned artists as Bobby McFerrin, Laurie Anderson, Bela Fleck, and Raffi among others; Pomposello Studios, a NYC sound studio serving television networks; Wainwright House in Rye NY, expanding it to include a conference center; and Fitness by Fisher, a corporate health and wellness provide. She was also co-producer at the United Nations for worldwide events including the Beijing Conference on Women and the International Children’s Conference held at the UN in NYC, to name a few.
Prior to that, Lee served as a paraprofessional social worker at Bronx-Lebanon Hospital and the Pleasantville Cottage School.
Lee’s discipline and work ethic was formed through her lifetime involvement in the performing arts. A graduate of the Juilliard School with a major in Piano, she has kept her hand in the world of music and still performs with chamber music groups at the Merkin Recital Hall in NY. In addition to her classical training, she became involved in theatre, a world that she loved, as Musical Director of many shows in the metropolitan area. This led to the formation of her own production company and then, the penultimate experience, a partnership with veteran producer Eugene Wolsk that brought her into the world of Broadway and a decade of producing shows both on and off the Great White Way.
On a personal level, what Lee values most in this world is home and family. Helping others find their own home is a rewarding experience for her because she not only recognizes the many advantages of home ownership, but she also understands the importance of creating a home.
Lee moved to Riverdale 22 years ago. Prior to that, she lived on the Upper West Side of Manhattan and before that, she raised her children in Chappaqua, NY. She feels fortunate that her daughter and granddaughter also live close by in Riverdale.
Lee is committed to her community and appreciates the wide variety of wonders within the three miles that make up Riverdale. Nothing pleases her more that sharing that enthusiasm with her clients when she introduces them to Riverdale, the neighborhood she calls home.
