Lee Pfund serves as the Managing Broker at the Parks Hillsboro Village office on 21st Avenue in Nashville, TN. With a genuine passion for real estate, Lee brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to his role. His journey in the industry began in Memphis back in 2006 when he joined Keller Williams, where he honed his skills in REO/foreclosure and investment property sales and management.
After relocating to Nashville in 2013, Lee transferred to Keller Williams in Green Hills before eventually joining Crye-Leike REALTORS® at the end of 2016. He served as the Assistant Managing Broker and Training Director for their Franklin office from 2017 to 2018. Lee has served as a Managing Broker for Parks Real Estate (formally Village Real Estate) since 2018. He led Village's Wedgewood-Houston office, Village's East Nashville office and has served as Managing Broker for the Hillsboro Village office since 2021. He became a Partner in the company in 2020.
Lee holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Memphis and is a graduate of the Greater Nashville REALTORS® 2017 Leadership Academy. He is actively involved in the real estate community and currently serves as Chair for the TN Realtors Forms/Contract Committee, Co-Chair of the Greater Nashville REALTOR® Political Action Committee and a member of the Greater Nashville REALTORS® Legislative Committee.
Lee has served on the TN REALTORS® Board of Directors, Greater Nashville REALTORS® Board of Directors, Greater Nashville REALTORS® Housing Opportunities & Affordability Committee, Awards Task Force and the TN REALTORS® Diversity & Inclusion Committee.
Lee has earned multiple accolades for his outstanding contributions and sales, including Silver, 2x Gold, 2x Platinum and Lifetime Sapphire Status of the Greater Nashville REALTORS®Awards of Excellence. He was awarded the Greater Nashville REALTORS® President's Award in 2021.
