My wife and I had a very negative experience with a different real estate company by not drumming up business with our Baltimore County condominium. After two weeks of the condo sitting idle on the market, we decided to take the advice of a friend and try out the Lee Tessier Group. After a lengthy, but friendly conversation with Mr. Lee Tessier, he recommended we start working with his top agent, Reed Stupalski.

Reed quicky came to our rescue and took over with confidence assessing our personal needs to get the condo sold. Reed looked at what the previous realtor had done and he immediately deployed his marketing team and quickly had the condo set on the internet using all his resources. Reed did not hesitate getting the ball rolling to sell our condo.

Once the condo went live, it only took 1.5 days for it to be sold at asking price!!! Reed was instrumental with getting eyes on our listing reaching ALL demographics and age groups. Reed treated us with such respect by always taking our inquiries without hesitation. Reed never made us feel like we were a burden asking questions, at any time.
