My wife and I had a very negative experience with a different real estate company by not drumming up business with our Baltimore County condominium. After two weeks of the condo sitting idle on the market, we decided to take the advice of a friend and try out the Lee Tessier Group. After a lengthy, but friendly conversation with Mr. Lee Tessier, he recommended we start working with his top agent, Reed Stupalski.
Reed quicky came to our rescue and took over with confidence assessing our personal needs to get the condo sold. Reed looked at what the previous realtor had done and he immediately deployed his marketing team and quickly had the condo set on the internet using all his resources. Reed did not hesitate getting the ball rolling to sell our condo.
Once the condo went live, it only took 1.5 days for it to be sold at asking price!!! Reed was instrumental with getting eyes on our listing reaching ALL demographics and age groups. I honestly don't know what I would have done without Lisa helping with the sale of my condo. I moved to Germany and couldn't post my unit for sale until after I left the country. She made the process incredibly smooth (despite some HOA hiccups) and was a huge support the entire time. Her communication style was clear and concise - I always knew where we stood, what next steps she had to take, and what next steps I had to take. Whenever I had a question or concern, she was quick to reply (even with the time difference!). She was extremely patient with me as I navigated the stressors of selling my condo with a POA while also juggling the move to a new country.

Our dream house found us. I called the number on the Lee Tessier Team sign and asked the very kind and patient lady who answered, if someone would be able to show us through the house. This review is far too long in coming, but here it is, both the "long and the short" of it. In short, outstanding! The Tessier Team truly is a team, and we got the benefit of their expertise from Reed and Willow on both the selling and buying end, and we did not get caught up in the double move problem that had plagued us before.
The bottom line is our home in Abingdon sold in 9 days, and Reed was able to negotiate a few extra days of occupancy for us, which made all the difference in the world as Willow was working with pace on our behalf to purchase our home in Havre De Grace, and it was coordinated perfectly. (which eliminated the 2x move I mentioned!)
The benefit of working working with them both extended beyond just buying and selling because we could clearly see, that while they were doing their jobs of course, there was a care and concern taken that went beyond their contractual obligation. Simply put, the Tessier Team gained our trust and exceeded our expectations by being professional and pleasant to work with.
Selling - From the very start of the process, when Reed sat in our living room, we could see that he was willing to listen to us, and as the processed moved forward, we also found him to be accessible. Nothing that cropped up seemed to be a problem to him, and it was also clear that he was a "solutions oriented" person who was looking to find a way through any hindrance.
Buying - Willow is, most definitely, flexible, and our doing "a 180" in process didn't phase her at all - she just battened down the hatches and got even busier! We said we wanted one thing, she found it, but we changed our minds, and she didn't run away from the challenge, and she brought us to right where we wanted to be - on the water in H - D - G! Our customer experience with the Lee Tessier Team was extraordinary. From the first moment we met Lee and his assistant Lisa, their level of professionalism and attention to detail was apparent. Tyler Andrus is a very driven young agent. When my wife and I were starting to look at homes back in the Fall/Winter of 2020, we just wanted to get an idea of the market, and narrow down the areas and neighborhoods where we would eventually buy our first home. Tyler jumped right in, and after a few conversations we had an idea of where to start the search. We began getting listings via the Lee Tessier Team portal immediately. Tyler made the process less overwhelming and when we began getting serious about our search this year, he already had an idea of where we wanted to be, and the type of home we really wanted.
We began going to listings we were interested in, and Tyler pointed out so many things about the homes that we would not have noticed or picked up on- which we saw as a sign of his experience and training, and was greatly appreciated as first time home buyers. We had been in the market with other agents before and never had any success. Tyler would not accept that for our family. His work ethic and patience while we looked at over 30 homes in the span of 2 months, continuing to send us suggestions and guide us through the multiple offers we made on homes, never faltered.
He kept looking and when we saw Lucky #7, he wasn't going to give up until we got the house. We worked with Josh Tessier for almost nine months getting our home ready to sell. It needed a lot of work and Josh provided guidance and referred us to contractors they work with who are fantastic. This was especially helpful in 2020 when so many contractors were stretched thin. We were able to get the stuff we needed done in a timely fashion.
Our home went on the market in early September and we had 30 showings in three days with ten offers! We accepted one of those that was 20k over list price. Way to go Josh!
Sadly, the buyers were not able to secure financing so our home went back on the market at the end of October. Once again there were multiple showing and offers in just three days. The new offer was another 10k higher than the first offer.
Selling a home usually comes with a few unexpected twists and turns (like buyers not able to get financing) and The Lee Tessier Team handled each with skill! They also...and this HUGE for us...responded quickly to every question we had moving through the selling process as we approached settlement.

As anyone knows, selling a home can be extremely stressful and emotionally draining. From the moment we met with Tim Bright, our fears and reservations were resolved. I was very weary going into selling our house. We met with Tim Bright, and immediately my wife and I were put at ease. Tim was knowledgeable, personable, and made us feel like we could trust him. This was our first house; Tim walked us through step by step with what would be happening, helped us coordinate different contractors, and pointed out to us, what we would need to get our home in selling order. He reassured us of his expertise, and not once did he ever put us off, or make us feel that he was too busy for us. He communicated very well and made sure we were good throughout the process. My fiance and I recently purchased our first home, and working with this team made it a BREEZE!!! We originally stumbled upon them when we saw a house we were interested posted on Zillow, and I'm so glad that we started working with them- and specifically Bill! We had a difficult set of requests looking for a home (as we weren't in a rush to move and wanted to find something perfect) but Bill found us the perfect home pretty quickly! Each home we went to visit, Bill was amazing! Not only does he know the side of real estate, but he also knows a lot about fixing up a home and all the costs and hard work associated with that due to his background. Our realtor from Lee Tessier, Paul Johnson, could not have gone more above and beyond to help my family find our perfect home in an incredibly complex move situation. Both my wife and I are active duty military and were slated to transfer from California to Maryland, had just delivered our first child in April, and had deadline to transfer in early July. We were not allowed to travel to home shop due to the ongoing COVID-19 crisis we were desperately looking for a realtor we could trust to help us find our new home site unseen. Paul took a personal interest in helping our family, using video walkthroughs, detailed descriptions and mountains of pictures. Hearing that we were concerned about the neighborhoods just as much as the home itself, Paul came up with the ingenious idea to mount his phone to his dashboard and take video driving around the area. In addition to the vast scope of his home tours, Paul also pointed out minute details; evidence of past water damage, potential appliance age, roof age/condition, even at one point almost crawling under a shed to check for signs of rot. Paul's detailed knowledge left us with the feeling of a full home inspection, not just a tour. You could tell he wasn't in this just for a sale, he genuinely wanted to help us find the perfect place with no hidden problems and recommended against many of the homes we toured as either not the right fit, too high out of our budget or had some underlying problems we may not have seen without such an in-depth look. He further displayed his work ethic through constant listing searches, often working past midnight to line up visits for us. Eventually all of Paul's diligence and hard work paid off with an incredible colonial home with a park-like backyard in our preferred city, with great access to schools and trails, everything we wanted in a house. I can't rate this highly enough and will absolutely recommend anyone looking for a home in this area to consider Paul and Lee Tessier realty.

Since this was my first home buying experience, I had a lot of questions and a good amount of uncertainties. Tim Bright made the entire process easy and enjoyable, while still maintaining a high level of professionalism. We visited a lot of homes, most of which had wells and septic systems. If you are looking for the best realtor, Reed Stupalski, from The Lee Tessier Team, is your man. From the moment he stepped into our home, we knew it was going to be a great working relationship. Reed was very thorough in explaining the process, what services the company offered, their marketing practices, and how he arrived at a very accurate selling price for our unique high acreage property. He respectfully listened carefully and we developed a schedule to meet our needs. Before each step of the process, Reed contacted us to ensure things were in line. Reed was correct when he said his company utilized the highest quality photographers. We were extremely impressed with the drome view of our property, the photographs, video, and the virtual tour. All of them featured the highlights of our home. Once the house was listed and showings began, Reed was there every step of the way, discussing the feedback he received. If you are in the market to sell a house, this is the real estate team that knows how to do it! We needed to sell a house and were approached by a realtor company. An agent came to the house and told us roughly how much the house would possibly sell for. So, we thought ok. This sounds reasonable. Once we settled on the house, the Lee Tessier team made our move as painless as possible. Providing boxes, bubble wrap and packing tape. They even provided a moving truck for us to use. Although the sale process was very fast, considering there were a total of four (4) full price and over full price offers to buy our home of 25 years within the first two days of going on the market, Lee and his team were extremely supportive while we were preparing our home for the sale and then after we were under contract with closing details. This included the use of a Tessier truck, boxes being provided for packing to help out with our local move and providing an excellent home decorator who had practical suggestions for getting our home in shape and then identification of contractors to help get things up to par. Particularly noteworthy was Lisa Vonakis who was very responsive to all of our questions and promptly handled all of the prospective Buyers visits and post contract home inspections, as well as document preparations, etc. We were regularly kept informed as to status during the entire process with everything being handled smoothly and professionally. We highly recommend the Tessier Team.

Could not have been happier with our experience in purchasing and selling a home. We had a TEAM, not just a single realtor helping us search out properties. While the process of finding a home seems rather challenging, these professionals took our needs and wants in a home, and were able to find us a match for our family.
