Legrand Elebash

LeGrand is a Charleston native with over 20 years of experience in the local real estate market. After graduating from Yale University where he was a member of the Varsity Crew Team, LeGrand served in the U.S. Marine Corps for nine years as an F/A-18 fighter pilot. From the Marine Corps, LeGrand headed to Harvard Business School where he was elected President of his Section and graduated with an MBA in 2001.

LeGrand’s love for the Lowcountry lured him and his family back to Charleston in 2001 when he launched his career in real estate. LeGrand has managed commercial and residential development projects around the Charleston area and has a deep understanding of our evolving local real estate market.

LeGrand is currently the top producing agent at Handsome Properties and is ranked among the top 1% of all Charleston area real estate agents. LeGrand and his wife, Allison, an accomplished interior designer, have two college-aged children and live in Mount Pleasant. He is actively involved with numerous local charities and loves to cycle around the islands and enjoy Charleston’s amazing food scene..
