In the third quarter of 2021, Lei ranked in the top 1% of the Realogy Brokerage Group's Sales Associates among more than 50,000. She has excelled in the real estate industry for over five years, providing the finest professional service and upholding the gold standard that the client always comes first.
Understanding people's unique needs and being a very savvy negotiator is also key to Lei's success. She brings a high-level global network, superior work ethic, and comprehensive knowledge of the real estate market and investments to every client's transaction.
An Associate Real Estate Broker and an expert in all property types, Lei is known for her experience in new developments, condos, townhouses, and co-ops. She is a top broker at numerous developments including One West End, Waterline Square, Park Loggia, Lantern House, 130 William, and Hudson Yards, and has sold a record-breaking 12 units at Waterline Square. Lei additionally sold Penthouse at 157 West 57 for $34 million.
Prior to real estate, she spent seven years working on 35 fashion brands alongside retail legend Silas Chou, the giant behind the brands Michael Kors and Tommy Hilfiger. Recognizing that real estate, like fashion, is a subjective industry fueled by refined individual taste, she transitioned her career and learned from the top broker in New York City, Carrie Chiang.
Originally from China, Lei holds an MBA from the esteemed Wharton School. She has lived in NYC in various neighborhoods including Chelsea, Midtown West, and Uptown West.
