Leigh Beard

Leigh Beard is originally from Corpus Christi Texas but has lived in Houston area since 2005. She is an absolute people person who takes great pride in getting to know each of her clients & their families. Leigh has been highly trained in the art of negotiations which stems from her lengthy career in the Oil & Gas Procurement world making her an asset to the Coldwell Baker Real Estate Family. In Leigh’s first year as a Realtor, she earned the Rookie of the Year award for the Coldwell Banker Cypress Branch and year over year she has been recognized as a Top Producer. When Leigh is not helping her clients buy, sell or lease homes you can find her volunteering at her church twice a week and is always first in line to help those in need in her community. Often times she is also found mentoring the newer agents in our office as well. Leigh has a true passion to teach, motivate & help create successes in others whether it be with newer Realtors or with her clients.
