About Leigh

Leigh was born and raised on the island of Oahu, Hawaii, but has been in the equally amazing state of Colorado since 2000. She graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno with a Business degree and entered the fun and crazy world of the restaurant/bar industry. Wanting more time for her family, she went back to school and got her Masters in Information Technology and Project Management. For the past 15 years she has been blessed to be working in her family’s retail store.

Leigh's husband is a Colorado native and they have two beautiful children who keep them really busy. Their kids share in their love of the water, volleyball, hockey, and scouting. Leigh has a huge passion for the Girl Scout organization, and as a troop leader truly enjoy helping build girls with courage, confidence, and character!

Leigh started her real estate journey with her husband at an early age, as investors living in their first multi-unit investment property. She has continued to grow her passion for real estate throughout the years in many different real estate areas. She has her Short Sale & Foreclosure designation because she knows helping people through these processes takes patience, time, and knowledge of distressed properties. Leigh also also like to assist the growing retirement (or 50+) market with my Seniors Real Estate Specialist designation.

Leigh was a massive help in the construction and purchase of my home! I work out of state and I wasn't able to be around for much of the construction. Leigh joined my spouse for many of the construction meetings that i couldn't attend, helped out with some of the design decisions, visited the house during the construction phase and sent pictures and updates for me and kept me up to date with lots of information on the local housing market. Building a home is stressful and Leigh helped to ease some of that stress. She is knowledgeable of the area, has a strong work ethic and a very friendly personality. She has actually become a friend that we still see and talk to even after the home buying process is over! Two thumbs up! Highly recommend her!!

Leigh Fodor is relatively new to being an actual Realtor but please don't let that fool you. There are lots of realtors out there. The percentage of really good realtors is not defined by the number of years in the business, nor the number of houses sold, especially in a seller's market. What defines a good realtor is customer service, attention to detail, meeting the client's needs, and an understanding real estate. Leigh meets all of these requirements. How? She has been a real estate investor for many years. She understands the market, what neighborhoods are better than others, what people look for when buying and selling. She will make sure nothing is missed during contract negotiations and during the closing process. She has a masters in Project Management which gives her a skill set most realtors don't have in terms of managing the details. She holds herself to high expectations so that you won't have to. She has an extreme passion for her business, it isn't just another job. You truly won't find a better realtor.

We were introduced to Leigh through my sister-in-law who had worked with her in the past. She came highly recommended from the start and through the whole process never once did she disappoint!!
We are a military family and were transferred to Colorado Springs and had about 2 months to find a house (during COVID) and Leigh was on it! From the time we signed the contract to closing she kept up to date on everything that was happening which was SO awesome while we were still living out of state! Any questions we had she immediately answered and if she did not know the answer, she found it ASAP. I learned throughout the process with the help of Leigh, to be as patient as possible and that good communication makes all the difference in the world! I would absolutely recommend Leigh to anyone who is looking for a realtor!! 10/10
