Leigh Roper

I began my real estate career in 1993 with Landmark Homes in Maryland, specializing in new home sales. In 1994, I fell in love with Coastal South Carolina and moved to Surfside Beach, where I started assisting new homeowners in the Southwood community. After working with RE/Max Beach and Golf, I found my professional home with The Roper Group at Peace Sotheby’s International Realty in 2019.



I genuinely enjoy helping people. My love for this community and the coastal lifestyle makes every transaction rewarding, whether my clients are buying or selling property. For me, the process doesn’t end when the contract is signed. I’m committed to guiding my clients through every step.


Beyond real estate, I’m dedicated to giving back to the community. I previously served as chair of the Coastal Montessori planning committee, ensuring Montessori principles were integrated into the architectural design of Coastal Montessori Charter School. I currently serve on the Litchfield Dance Foundation board, helping to provide local scholarships in the arts and offset costs for master choreographers and conventions for competition dancers.
