Leisa Gibson

Leisa was raised by a family that loved to buy & sell real estate and by parents who were self-proclaimed house flippers, she grew up with a huge appreciation for high-end homes and commercial properties.
After giving birth to her daughter in Vail during a massive blizzard, her own family life in the mountains began. Over the next few years, they purchased and remodeled two Breckenridge homes and her passion for real estate projects and design continued to evolve.

Over the course of 20 years of running successful businesses and developing properties, Leisa learned the values of having an entrepreneurial spirit, commitment & collaboration. Now, as a part of the Smits team, Leisa really enjoys the "family" environment they've created within their office. They pool their talents and work as a team so that each client will benefit from their many years of experience.

A Summit County resident since 1995, Leisa then moved to the Vail Valley in 2016 and became a part of Eagle County where her daughter attends Vail Christian Academy. The number of amazing people they met in a short period of time was astounding! Leisa is happy to say that she now call both Summit and Eagle counties home. She is lucky enough to work for the only real estate company where their entire team belongs to both the Summit and Vail MLS and travel back and forth daily, negotiating real estate transactions on both sides of Vail Pass!

Leisa is an enthusiastic member of the community and enjoy skiing, running, time with her family and showing her clients the best that Eagle and Summit Counties have to offer.
