Lenny has been great to work with in both helping to manage our rental property since 2015 and with helping to sell it this year (2023). Lenny and his team have been easy to work with over the years. From helping with getting tenants, to quotes for needed work while the property was rented, to getting it ready to market, they have followed through to get the work done. They were very responsive and communicated well during the entire sale transaction to get everyone to the close date. I recently worked with Lenny and his team in the preparation and sale of my sister's townhome. He and his team arranged for different contractors to make improvements/repairs needed before we put it on the market. The contractors were punctual and cost competitive and we were able to get the unit on the market sooner than I anticipated. Once listed, he was responsive and provided timely communication to me. He went out of his way to make sure I understood the requirements and meanings of all the terms and conditions I was agreeing to on all the forms. Why did Sancho Panza go with Don Quixote? He LIKED him. Lenny is great…BUT - much more importantly - he is a STELLAR realtor. We purchased a property with him five years ago, and while he could have advised us to make a higher offer (and earn more commission for himself), he helped us secure the property for an incredible bargain. Then, when we had to sell a property, Lenny helped us stage it. The house was only on the market for 23 hours. Sold above asking to a great couple. We’ll be working with Lenny a lot more in the future, but I want anyone interested to know that Lenny is an honest agent and even better person. My family has been blessed to work with him.

When it came time to finally look for a house of my own, I reached out to my dad for advice on who to hire as a realtor. I was recommended Lenny (who had helped my parents many years ago) and reached out! My fiancé are I are both first time buyers, and were totally clueless, but Lenny and Josh guided us both in a professional and timely manner and helped us buy our first house in this crazy market! They really went above and beyond, from being incredibly flexible with our schedule, consistently updating us on the market on homes that fit our criteria within our budget, viewing homes, and helping us taking the next steps to help us put down an offer that would be considered while respecting our financial situation.
It is by no means and easy time to buy a house, but if you’re looking for a realtor I couldn’t recommend Lenny, Josh and his team highly enough!

Lenny hosted my family & I at his Airbnb in Downtown Louisville for just a little over 6 months. We needed an extended stay to transition from out of state until we decided what we were doing next! The property had everything we needed, was ready to go on time (Lenny even helped us to check in early when dates changed) and Lenny promptly helped with anything we needed. Lenny was helpful but not intrusive and gave us our space, while making sure he was there if we needed anything. The property is in a GREAT location and very well kept. This exceeded our expectations for an extended stay and was just great!!! Lenny was also flexible with allowing for us to stay longer (until the next guests were set to arrive) when some of our schedule changed. PHENOMENAL EXPERIENCE! Thank you!

Lenny helped me sell my single -family home in Boulder recently and I could not be more grateful for having him as my realtor. In my experience working with real estate agents over the past, Lenny has been the most detail oriented, easy to work with and helpful partner I have had. Lenny and his team have done an amazing job not only selling our home but also with purchasing a new forever place to live.

His strong focus on digital marketing allowed us to get interest from all over the country and we even had families fly in to look at our property. He put together a few amazing videos showcasing our home which definitely got the interest up.

Lenny is very fast in his responses and has access to a variety of professional contractors which we did have to use. Getting our house ready to sell we decided to paint the interior. Lenny was able to get us in touch with a painting contractor that not only was fairly priced but able to get the work done within just a few days.
