I was in Cleveland Ohio at the time, and all I had was pictures, and Lenore's expertise. When I arrived in Texas a few days before closing, Lenore had everything lined up and ready to go. We absolutely LOVE Lenore and would recommend her for anyone who is buying or renting a home! She helped us get in to a rental a couple of years ago, and kept in touch with us throughout until we were ready to purchase. She is extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and everything anyone would want in a realtor--- definitely someone you want on your team! She gets the job done and does not play around. She responded to every E-mail and phone call promptly, is very honest and patient. She always had all the paperwork and information we needed organized and prepared for us, and answered any questions we had or found out for us if she didn't know.
