Embarking on the journey to become a first-time homebuyer is an extremely nerve wrecking and overwhelming experience. Then you add the element of doing so during unprecedented times where the market is extremely competitive and unpredictable the process becomes even more scary. Thankfully my wife and I had the best realtor for this exciting yet stressful time in our lives in Mr. Lentheus Chaney. He was much more than a realtor, to us he was an advisor, a coach and became family. Mr. Chaney educated us on the process of purchasing a home and the state of the market to guide us in setting expectations and strategies on how to best find the home of our dreams within our financial goals. Throughout this process he was extremely patient, personable and responsive. Most importantly we always felt as he kept the best interest of what we wanted in the forefront of any properties sought out for us. We are now settling into a home that we love beyond our expectations and could not have found it without Mr. Chaney as our realtor. We look forward to working with him more and the future and encourage all home buyers to do the same.

HANDS DOWN THE BEST REAL ESTATE AGENT IVE EVER WORKED WITH.

Professional. Punctual. Makes both getting into and getting out of the home buying process a breeze.

There is NO other real estate agent I would advise people to work with.

Despite the chaos that housing market and world is in Lentheus makes the home buying process a BREEZE and breaks down the jargon and every step of the process down for anyone to be able to understand, honestly he could teach a class on it. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Lentheus went above and beyond as our realtor.
My wife and I moved to Georgia april of 2021, and had a strict timeline to find a home.
Lentheus looked at many houses with us until we found our dream home.
He guided us on the best possible way to submit our offer as we were using a VA loan.
Lentheus was honest and fair with us through the whole process.
He also has continued to check on us to ensure we filed our homestead exemption, attended our housewarming party, and gave us a beautiful closing gift for our new home.
I recommend Lentheus to anyone that says they are looking for a home and I recommend him if you are unsure of who to work with to find your home.
Lentheus is who you want in your corner when you are buying your home.

Lentheus worked with me for almost a year to help me find my first house in a new city. He was extremely patient, attentive and a great team mate in achieving my goal. He never let me get discouraged and was also sending me listing so I knew I was always on his mind. It was just an amazing experience. I'm in customer service so I'm a harder judge than most. He did so well I was able to refer him to a friend and he was able to find him his dream house as well. I will will also go back to Lentheus for all my real estate needs in the future.

The best word to describe my experience with Lentheus as my real estate agent would be “real”. I was a real estate virgin and he had to give me a reality check about wants and needs. It was totally eye opening. Lentheus is beyond transparent and he’s always on the job. What makes him stand out from other agents is he is able to apply his diverse entrepreneurial experience and he’s LGBTQ friendly. I bought my house 7k below listing price after the seller added a brand new roof, HVAC, and refinished driveway. Give him a call....
