I've personally been involved in more than 10 real estate transactions and can say without a doubt, Leon provided the best service and experience of all the agents. He had excellent clean up and repair resources, reasonably priced, who were able to assist us in a timely fashion. Without me having to ask for help, he took it upon himself to manage all of the work and preparation that needed to be done prior to listing our property. In addition to this, he also completed a 20 page Comparative Market Analysis to make sure our property would be listed at the appropriate market price.

Most of the time, if your lucky, realtors only provide contract documentation and listing queries. Leon has far surpassed that low bar and greatly exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be reaching out to him on my next venture.

Leon was an absolute joy to work with. He made the home buying experience for my wife and I way easier than I thought it would be. We started our search in the middle of the Covid-19 lockdowns and Leon kept in constant communication to keep us updated and on top of everything going on. When we found houses we wanted to see, Leon accommodated our schedules and was there to walk through the houses when we were able to.

When we found the house we wanted to put an offer on, Leon really crushed it. He leaned on the selling agent at just the right time to help us find a number that we both agreed on. His expertise and knowledge was the reason we got the house. Without him I truly believe the house would have gone to someone else. As soon as we were under contract, Leon immediately started the process working towards closing. As a result of his fast actions, we were able to close on the house 8 days sooner than the original date.

Throughout the entire process Leon was nothing short of incredible. He cares deeply about his clients and works tirelessly to help ensure they find something they're happy with. During inspections he was a great resource to understand what sort of things to look for in the house.

Whenever I look to buy another home I will most definitely be trusting Leon to facilitate the process again. He was top top quality and I highly recommend everyone seek his help when looking to buy a home.

Leon came up huge for us in our recent house sale. We needed to sell our house quickly to take advantage of the market and because our tenant's lease was coming to an end.

With our tenant still occupying the house, Leon managed to help sell the house with an all cash offer, 7 day close. Not only did Leon help with communication with our tenant, he also helped oversee the sale of our hot tub, move of our furniture, and the final clean of our home prior to the buyer moving in.

Leon is one of the most professional, exceptional, and knowledgeable real estate agents I have ever worked with. He took the time to understand what exactly I was looking to do with my new home, and every detail that I wanted to incorporate into my new home. In working with Leon Ramirez to find my new home, I found him to be both extremely knowledgeable and extraordinarily patient. He showed me dozens of houses, taking careful note of each feature I liked and those I disliked, and never exerting any pressure whatsoever. At times when I waffled about a property, he suggested that I look at more houses, stating that he wanted me to love whichever one I eventually chose. His communication was excellent, as he provided frequent updates in great detail, making sure that all of my questions were answered, and seeming to have endless time for any concerns or questions I might have. I highly recommend Leon Ramirez as a realtor. Unlike the majority of real estate brokers who spend more time and energy on getting the listing as opposed to selling your property, Leon is market savvy and a hard worker. He is very focused on putting in the time and energy necessary to do a great job getting your property sold.
