A true professional in every sense of one word. I have repeatedly have recommended Leonard to several of my friends and co-workers and each have been pleased with their outcome. I myself when I first met him, his demeanor as a professional in his field was outstanding. He took the time to lesson to what I needed in a timely manner that needed to be done and to that date he got done as agreed. What I thought would be a long and hard time, he made it painless and seamless. But most importantly the care he took in keeping me informing every step of the way. You don't need to call him at all, he made sure he called you back on all issues while providing you with options. Oh, I myself used him on 2 additional deals. (Shaker and Maker) in my book. Mr. R.
