Lenny and his team were wonderful!! We were selling our house in NJ from out of state, and they coordinated with our tenants for showings, and we were under contract after only 5 days on the market! They handled all the inspections and were able to get everything done over email. Everything went so smoothly, and we got a great price, we could not have asked for a better experience. We would recommend Lenny the Lister to anyone who needs a realtor in NJ or PA!

What a fantastic experience my fiancé and I had with Kim on buying our first home. She made sure we knew immediately when houses that “checked all our boxes” were getting out on the market or were just added to the market. She proactively sent us multiple properties and followed up with us when there was something we liked. Kim made herself easily available at all times whether it was getting us into homes for showings or connecting us with reliable inspectors once our offers were accepted. What can I say about Lenny?? Well, for starters, he helped my husband and I sell our home in Mont Co. and buy our Dream Home! Lenny was on top of everything that was going on.... From what to do for selling our home to looking for a new home. Lenny worked tirelessly trying to find our Dream home that had everything on our "Wish List". Lenny was not pushy, he did not try to sell us something that we didn't want. He was available anytime we needed him. He made sure all of our needs were met! I cannot Praise him enough on every level!! Professional, On-Time, Very Knowledgeable, Great sounding board, Didn't mind questions, if he didn't have the answer (which hardly happened) he made it a point to get an answer, Very Co-operative, he worked around our crazy schedules. Wish I could add more stars to this but Google only allowed 5. Lenny went above and beyond not only for my parents but for my wife and I as well. When it came down to me looking for a house, Lenny did not hesitate to answer my calls, set appointments up and meet my wife and I to look over some of the houses we chose.
