I have personally renovated 10 homes, from top to bottom, not just some TLC of paint and carpeting. I have stripped out kitchens and baths to the studs. I know what buyers are looking for in terms of updates and can give a good opinion on whether the updates were done in a professional manner. As for listings, I can focus my marketing on your upgrades and can price your home accordingly.

I am a full-time REALTOR. This is my career - I love working for buyers & sellers! I love calling my sellers and letting them know that the property has SOLD! And I love transferring the keys to my buyers. Even years after the sale is done, buyers and sellers call with real estate questions. And they refer me to their friends!
