As a licensed Realtor in the state of Florida since 2004, I have had the privilege of helping many people with the sale/purchase of their most valuable asset, their home. I have enjoyed living and raising a family here where I grew up. A resident of Indian River County since 1975, I have seen the many changes to this beautiful community as it has grown and flourished.

I have been known to help host yard sales, have loaded a truck or two, assisted with getting repairs done ( I happen to have a A+ list of vendors I will share.) You name it, I have probably done it. Our experience with Lesa was fantastic from start to finish. While living in NJ, she helped us find the perfect home in Florida. She communicated frequently with us frequently to ensure she knew exactly what we were looking for. Once we selected a home, she took care of everything, from all the paperwork, to the closing. She also helped us with property management until we were able to move from NJ to Florida. She is extremely professional as well as very friendly and easy to work with. She made what could have been a very stressful situation very easy! I highly recommend Lesa for all realtor needs.

Lesa went out of her way to make sure we found the home that was right for us. She worked later hours to accommodate our schedules and helped us find a home that worked with our budget. She was always professional and worked hard to get us what we wanted. When we finally decided on a new construction home she worked with the company to make sure the home was up to the standards that it should be and helped us with all of our questions, no matter how small. At closing, she made sure we were in our home on the date expected, despite delays out of our control. We are fortunate that she was our realtor, as I don't know if there is a better one out there.

My boyfriend and I (at the time) were first time home buyers! We had no idea about the process and we were on a tight budget. We were overwhelmed with the idea of buying a house, and we swamped Lesa with millions of questions. Day and night, we would call and text her and she NEVER ONCE complained! She would call us back promptly if she was busy with other customers, or would answer right away to calm our nerves. She found houses that she thought we'd like, new to the market and never let one slip by us. She was in constant contact and knew just what we wanted. Her honesty and professionalism was apparent through every conversation. I would recommend her to any home buyer, first time or not, she's the best! And we cannot thank her enough!!
