I highly recommend Leslie Carter as your real estate agent if you are buying or selling a home in the Northern Virginia area. She was absolutely tentative to my needs as a seller and gave me the advice I needed when decisions were to be made. I sold my home from out of the area and she took care of what was necessary to ensure the timeline stayed on track to get the house sold. I could take care of everything out of state, where as she was in the area and made the time to ensure that ALL THE THINGS were taken care of there in NOVA. The house had an offer in a week and sold in about a month. Leslie is a proactive realtor and will be sure that all your needs are met, paperwork is handled, and house is sold (or bought) to your expectations. Leslie was a magnificent realtor for our first time buying a home. She has a wealth of knowledge, able to explain in a short viewing what any potential issues (or benefits) might be, and what they would cost to replace. She is straightforward, speaking frankly about any misgivings she might have about a property, and focusing solely on what we as buyers needed in a home. She doesn’t waste time, efficiently planning home visits and researching to avoid bad properties. She has been able to effectively navigate the inflated COVID housing market, helping us to find an ideal home because of her detailed understanding of the home buying process. Not only is Leslie professional, but she is a truly caring person who has become part of our family.
