As a real estate specialist with Pinnacle Estate Properties, I am committed to my clients and to my community. I am hardworking, conscientious and responsible. I find good deals for my clients and see them through the buying and selling process. It is very important to me that my clients meet their goals and are satisfied with their transactions, whether they are buying or selling real estate.
My customer service extends beyond the close of escrow. I grew up in the San Fernando Valley and still live here. My husband grew up in Sherman Oaks and attended the local Sherman Oaks public schools. My clients are my neighbors and my friends. I’m there for them, always.
A graduate of UCLA with a B.A. in history/art history and a 2ndary teaching credential, my interest in real estate began years ago managing our retail buildings on Ventura Blvd in Sherman Oaks. During the past 20 years of my property management, I have had only one day of a vacancy.
My dedication to the neighborhood is reflected in my extensive experience in community service. I served as a board member of the Village at S.O. BID and then as its President for three terms. As the BID President, I was instrumental in providing such improvements as installation of a beautiful street median on Ventura Blvd., decorative cross-walks at the major intersections, security cameras along Ventura and Van Nuys Blvds., an annual street fair, and other improvements/events.
