When we started our journey, needless to say, it wasn't easy. We decided we were gonna do it all, on our own. We didn't know what we were doing. We came across houses and they just didn't fit and to say the least neither did the Realtors.
All we were looking for was someone who's an honest, informative, and down-to-earth realtor.
Then just as it seemed hopeless, we met Lori Morgon. Not only is she very professional, honest, and friendly but she is gritty! She was always looking out for OUR interests and fighting for them. She made sure everything we needed and wanted was met.
If you are looking for a professional and friendly realtor you can find that everywhere. But if you are looking for a realtor who has your back and gives a personal touch, I highly recommend Lori Morgan! I not only got the house of my dreams but also a friend who will always be there to answer all my future questions.

I’ve had a couple different realtors in the past but Leslie is by far the best out there. This was the second time I have worked with her and she has hit another home run. I relocated to the other side of the country and after she sold my house for top dollar she made the transition as smooth as it could be. My house was not an easy house to sell due to certain circumstances but Leslie, Wendy and their team of rockstars went way out of their way to make everything happen in quick fashion. I have recommended Leslie and her team to many others. She started as my realtor but now she’s a friend. Don’t settle for any ol realtor! Hire the best and the best is Ignite.

I just completed a home sale with the Ignite Team and I could not be happier or more impressed with the job they did. As far as I am concerned, Leslie and Wendy set the bar for customer service and communication. The two of them worked seamlessly with each other and with me. They were excellent from the beginning of the process to the end. They provided me with lots of market data and analysis and they helped me to better understand the unique strengths and weaknesses of the particular sub-market where the home was located, so that I could better interpret the listing and sale data that they provided. I was out of town for a few weeks and Wendy bent over backwards (she truly went above and beyond and was always gracious) providing access to various vendors. They recommended a great staging company and even coordinated access with them, too.

They presented the house in its best light using top rate photography and video. They generated a solid “coming soon” buzz ahead of the listing going live, so I was very pleased, but not shocked, when they presented us with six offers all above the asking price. While it might have been somewhat common to get that sort of response six months ago, they did it on the heels of two big interest rate hikes and the announcement that the economy had officially moved into a recession.

That was all great, but it was really just the beginning of the story. The Ignite Team kicked into high gear the moment that the purchase agreement was counter-signed. The level of communication and professionalism that we experienced from the entire Ignite Team, from that moment until after the escrow closed, was truly unparalleled. They kept me abreast of literally everything happening in the transaction. They communicated when the buyer’s deposit was received, when their various documents were signed, when their prior home sale closed escrow, when the funds from that sale were received by escrow, when the buyer’s own funds were received, when their inspectors were coming and going from the home and what were the results of the inspections, and so on and so forth. The even provided me with a complete package of documents for the entire transaction hours after the close of escrow. They were so professional, so friend, so genuinely nice, and so extremely skilled at their profession.

I would absolutely positively 100% have the Ignite Team represent me again in a future transaction and would recommend them in the strongest way possible to anyone looking for a skilled, professional, communicative and friendly real estate professional. Leslie and Wendy, thank you (and the rest of the team) so much for all you did.

Ignite real estate is an amazing local company that goes out of their way to help homebuyers find their dream home. Ours was an out of state move. Sammie Morin was incredible to work with. She understood our must haves from the get go and only showed us homes that checked most of our must haves. Each showing was professionally organized. Be it sending us the highlights of the house to the details in the zoom call every single aspect was very well planned . Her expertise and awareness of the local area was very helpful in narrowing down the home we liked the most. Her experience with new home buys with comps of near by homes helped us make a competitive offer. The seller also mentioned " We picked your offer thanks to how meticulous your realtor was!". An independent home appraisal also confirmed that Sammie's recommendation was spot on. Once in escrow she was amazing following up on the progress keeping us informed .

We had some unexpected delays in closing. Sammie took charge and helped navigate difficult conversations. If not for her and the ignite real estate team we would have never found our dream home in a new city. Highly recommend Sammie Morin and the Ignite real estate team for your in state and out of state moves in the Southern California area.

Its so important who you choose to sell your home or buy a home with. Your agent is the first face and last face of the transaction. It's the largest sell or purchase you'll ever make. You can't put trust into just anyone. You need a agent that looks out for you the entire time. One that knows the market your in inside and out. One that puts effort, time and money into the listing. Leslie and her team have sold two homes for us. Both times we set the highest comp in the neighborhood!
From our first conversation to the close of escrow it has always been smooth. There is never a communication gap. EVERYTHING is communicated in a timely manner.
I will be looking to Leslie to recommend my realtor in Texas. I just wish she hung a license There too!

Leslie and her team went above and beyond to help us understand the process of selling our first home and how to handle any obstacles from getting in the way. They were proactive in preventing as many issues as possible by requiring pre-qualifications prior to showings and doing a cross qualification to ensure we will make it to the finish line. This proved extremely necessary in our process as we did have 3 seperate buyers fall through for having false or incorrect pre-approvals. They maintained a calm and supporting attitude (while we panicked ) while answering texts at any time of the day (Even when I text on Christmas about a gift that went to the old house after we left). She always made us feel like we were never an interruption and were her first priority!

Leslie and the entire Ignite Team went above and beyond in the sale of our home. Leslie has the ability to be all over CA and she was able to get our house prepped for sale, marketed, and sold within a week at a selling price that was well researched and exceeded our goals. I had seen several of Leslie's marketing videos before and I was able to be behind the scenes for the ones shot at my home and the amount of work her and the team put into them made our property shine and stick out in our target markets which were not just local. The marketing side of Ignite was awesome to watch and the final products from the house walkthrough, the 3D imaging, and all of the online marketing came out great.

After Leslie had sold our home within four days of being on the market (and speed was a major factor in the sale to move into our next property), we were well into the escrow process when issues came up with the lender for our purchase and the deal was close to falling apart. I called Leslie after hours and was relieved to hear that she has a lender in her network that was able to make it work on schedule, after a flurry of phone calls we were back on track and 100% without Leslie and her team our purchase would have fallen through.

We will be using Team Ignite for all of our real estate needs going forward and she/them were a true pleasure to work with, we truly couldn't recommend Leslie and the team enough and look forward to working with her again in the future.
