Leslie McRaney is a dedicated Realtor® and team leader of Team Leslie & Company with eXp Realty, proudly serving the greater Richmond area—her lifelong hometown. A 1994 graduate of VCU with a BFA in Fashion Merchandising, Leslie began her career in Property Management and Corporate Housing, building a strong foundation for what would become a thriving career in real estate.
