About Leslie

Leslie Retter is a native of the Tri-Cities area. Having grown up here, she has a unique look at the lifestyle our area provides, for every stage of life. Prior to working in real estate, Leslie worked as a stylist which only enhances her customer service skill set and her "client's needs come first" mindset. She is a full-time real estate professional that brings 9+ years of experience in our local market. Leslie works closely with buyers and sellers to ensure open communication throughout the entire process. She strives to build meaningful and lasting relationships with clients. She works hard for her client's and realizes that buying or selling a home is a major life decision, but a very personal matter as well. Having that relationship is an important step in guiding the best purchase for each clients' needs. Her ability to provide as smooth of a transaction as possible, is a responsibility she takes very seriously. Leslie's partnership with a premiere Real Estate company gives her access to unlimited training and continued education for her profession. Outside of work Leslie enjoys traveling with her family, including the annual trip to Preist Lake each summer. She also treasures spending time with her two young sons. Her favorite trips are always to the beach on the Oregon Coast. Leslie is also an avid music-lover and takes in as many concerts as she can each year. Most recently enjoying trips to Nashville to take in the music scene with dear friends. Leslie enjoys the sunshine and activities the Tri-Cities provides year around, there are plenty of places to take the kids for walks along the river or enjoy an afternoon at the park. The Tri-Cities is a safe and well-rounded place for her to raise her boys and make roots for her family.
