Levon Khachatryan

Born and raised in Carmichael, Levon Khachatryan is a local agent and resident of the Sacramento area. Levon knows the different neighborhoods and understands the intricacies of the market in these areas.


A proud graduate of Rio Americano High-School and American River College; Levon has an intense desire for continuous education especially in the Real Estate field. This translates into an agent that is always striving for knowledge to further assist and guide his clients through any concerns they may have. Levon is an active member of the community; he has helped organize and participated in many toy drives for local elementary schools, done community service and has completed internships in which client satisfaction was the number one priority. He is a lifelong supporter of the Sacramento Kings and has an interest in many different sports ranging from Basketball, Soccer, Boxing, Mixed Martial Arts and Tennis. Levon also has a passion for music and has been a musician for over 6 years with the drums being his primary instrument.
