Lew Manglos

Lew joined the Colliers International Boise team in 2005, and specializes in investment properties. Lew is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), belongs to the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and is a graduate of Leadership Boise.

Since joining Colliers, Lew has closed commercial real estate transactions totaling hundreds of millions of dollars in value and he is consistently among the top producers within his Colliers office.

Lew serves a wide range of investor clients, from individual investors to large private equity funds and REIT’s.

Lew has been a guest speaker at numerous conferences sponsored by a variety of commercial real estate organizations, including Colliers International, The Urban Land Institute, and CCIM.
