Lewis is terrific. He helped my in-laws buy their home in NC after 20 years of being out of the real estate world. He educated them at every step of the way. Lewis helped us negotiate the list price down by about $20k. If you want to save some money as a buyer, Lewis should be your #1 go-to. He helped us workout through issues with the sale of their home up in RI and how that could potentially affect the sale of our house in NC. He worked closely with our RI agent, RI closing attorney and the lender to remain in the loop on the delays. Despite all the craziness we got into due to the RI sale, Lewis made sure we were protected and worked out everything with the seller's agent. We were able to occupy the house prior to closing all thanks to him. We could not have had this successful of a move without him. If you are coming out of state, use Lewis. He will coordinate everything with your agent in the other state if you have one and help make your move a seemless transition. I would 100% use Lewis again in the future. I cannot recommend Lewis enough.

Side note: He has even gone out of his way giving us magazines on NC so we could learn about this beautiful state.

If you are looking for a real estate professional that takes a vested interest in your goals, Lewis is your guy.
First and foremost 5 ⭐️‘s is not nearly enough to represent my experience with Lewis Beynon. Lewis is by far the the best Realtor I have ever worked with. When he answered my call one day in late July he had no idea what he was getting into. My situation was extremely complicated and time sensitive. Lewis did not hesitate for a second, he got right to work. He is professional, actionable and incredibly knowledgeable of the real estate business. Lewis used all of his resources to gain a better understanding of my situation and partnered with professionals when we needed legal advice. He put together a decisive plan to sell my home and when it finally went live on August 26th we had an offer in 15 min. We let the home show through the weekend and on Monday I was presented with numerous offers.
He was with me throughout this process 100% and more hands on than he was required. The man literally rebuilt the steps to my deck when he thought they may pose a risk while showing. He even went to court with me. He is THE BEST out there.

Lewis is a great realtor and a wonderful person. He is the kind of person you need when you’re looking for a home. He will point out all the flaws you overlook in your first walk through of a new place. He also has a wealth of knowledge that he is willing to share to help you find the place you can call home. Lewis is the best realtor we have ever worked with. He was very detailed about every aspect of the whole process. He was very knowledgeable about all of the inspection results so we could make up our own mind and never pressured us into anything. Lewis is such a great realtor! He worked with me and my husband while we fixed up our home for sale. He was patient and realistic, and always had suggestions for how we could get the most back for our investment in our home. He has been doing this for a long time and is very knowledgeable about how to navigate the selling process.
