Liana Dunlap gets to wake up every day doing something she loves--working in the exciting world of real estate. She is inspired and energized by helping her clients accomplish their real estate goals, whether it is buying a home, finding the best qualified buyer, or making successful investments. She believes real estate offers the opportunity to gain experience about people, the community and life.
Liana brings a unique professional background and expertise to her clients. She is a sharp, tech-savvy professional, having been in IT for most of her career (Disney, IBM, Amgen) and recently as CEO and President of CoreSpace, a data center and cloud hosting company that Liana started in 2009. She is experienced in providing extraordinary personal attention to her clients.
Moving her business and family to Dallas from California in 2012 gives her a real-life perspective on the challenges many CEOs and business leaders face when relocating their families into the DFW area.
She currently lives in University Park with her two daughters but also owns residential property in Highland Park, at the Museum Tower high-rise, the Azure high-rise and a commercial property in the city of Dallas. She loves raising her kids in the Park Cities, appreciates the quality of schools within HPISD, yet also appreciates the ease and benefits of Dallas high-rise living.
Liana has been continually active with YTexas, the elite Texas business network for companies relocating to Texas and was recognized as their Ambassador of the Year in 2017. She also traveled the globe as an exclusive Tony Robbins Platinum Partner. Her top charitable cause is Operation Underground Railroad (O.U.R.), a group of amazing individuals dedicated to rescuing children from trafficking.
Liana is tenacious at being an exceptional and trusted partner to her clients. She works tirelessly to exceed expectations and deliver a professional and quality experience.
