Libby Kirwin

Libby Kirwin has pioneered the real estate industry by staying ahead of the curve and successfully engaging in the real estate business for over 30 years.

Libby was born and raised in Newport, RI. In 1988, Libby moved to Boston MA to attend Emerson College and then continued her studies at the esteemed Massachusetts College of Art. After college Libby first engaged in the real estate industry in Boston and continues to hold a Massachusetts Real Estate license. Prior to settling into a real estate career in Newport RI, Kirwin traveled the world with International Yacht Collection assisting with selling and managing mega yachts along the East Coast, Carribean and Mediterranean. Then, upon returning home she developed and opened the first internet cafe in Newport, Jack and Josies. After 3 successful years in the restaurant business, Libby recognized real estate was her passion.

After recognizing that business is personal, Libby Kirwin Real Estate was established in 2008. Over the years, LKRE has assisted hundreds of clients with buying, selling, renting, renovating, designing, managing and investing. In addition to her real estate division, Libby has established herself is the leading design consultant collaborating with a local real estate and investment companies, designing exciting projects such as the Fire House Inn, The Carey School Condos, luxury interiors on the waterfront, to name a few. In addition to her passion for real estate sales, development, and renovation, Libby has a strong affinity for the world of interior design and architecture, travel and cuisine.
