We chose Libby as our agent after seeing how she was able to move a neighbors home. Libby was very professional and knowledgeable about the Lake Anna area and existing home sales. She put in quite a bit of work on the sale brochures and the house pictures including drone footage putting our home in the best possible light. Sale was quick, closing was trouble free and we would highly recommend her for the purchase or sale of a home in the Lake Anna area.
