Liberty Charpentier

From airplane hangars, to college housing, to single-family homes, Liberty Charpentier knows what it takes to get roofs over people’s heads. Liberty worked for many years in property management for her father, who developed and managed a large hangar complex for private jets. She later was a member of the housing department at a local college. She is responsive, proactive, and demonstrates the care and respect she has for her clients by giving them her full support, from offer to close of escrow and beyond.

A graduate of California State University, East Bay, Liberty loves to be outdoors with her family, exploring new places to hike and enjoy nature. She also spends time playing basketball with her son, surfing with her husband and running with friends. Giving time to her community has been an important part of Liberty’s life. An enthusiastic supporter of local food banks, she volunteers at the Laguna Food Pantry regularly, helping pack and distribute food to local families in need.
