I've watched Lidia work from behind the scene for many years. I don't think people realize the amount of work and effort that goes on behind the scenes especially when you have an agent that looks over their clients files like a mother bear looking after her cubs.
Things get difficult at times and Lidia is always there looking out for her people and applying pressure wherever needed. You're in good hands with her.

Lidia is AMAZING!!! She made the process of selling our home a smooth, nearly effortless process on our part. She did so much to assist us through the entire selling process, including handling all of the necessary business while we were out of town for nearly two weeks. She made it a point to allow us to enjoy ourselves on vacation while she took on the burden of setting up appointments, etc. that had contractual deadlines. Seriously the BEST!! She goes above and beyond to help you find your perfect home. She is very kind and always informed us of what was going on. I also really liked that she was patient and helped my husband and I during the whole process of buying our first home.
We were able to make an offer on a home within a month of looking and Lidia was so amazing at negotiating to get us the best deal!
She definitely looks out for her clients and does not treat them like a transaction.

I would strongly recommend! Lidia provided not only exceptional customer service, but served as a well organized, personal, and detail oriented realtor. This was our first experience purchasing a home and we felt at ease during the entire process. In our initial discussions with Lidia, she provided an overview regarding the competitive Denver real estate market. She provided us with a matrix table that shows how you can set yourself apart and be more competitive to win the home you love. This is one of the things that really sold us from the beginning! It felt like we were working with someone who really understood the market. In looking for properties, she really tries to understand her client’s wants, wishes, and must-haves to finds places that fit within them. She is beyond responsive, even answering calls, texts, emails while she is on vacation. Truly a 5-star experience with Lidia, she went the extra mile to get my place sold!

I was in a tough place with my HOA's property management company; they were avoiding doing critical work on 2 leaks in my unit. Lidia took control and resolved the situation promptly and professionally.

Lidia was absolutely fantastic to work with and I highly recommend you choose her for your real estate needs. I was purchasing a new build townhome in Lakewood, CO from out of state. Obviously this can be a pretty daunting experience as this was my first home, and I wasn't able to monitor things going on with the build being out of state.. that's where Lidia came in.

She is extremely personable, and knowledgeable about the Colorado real estate market. She eased many of my concerns, and was able to act as an extension of myself, going onsite several times a month to ensure the contractors were on time, and sending me progress pictures which made me feel like I was there in person myself. The buying process with Lidia was stress free, very clear, and overall an enjoyable experience.
