She was an a true professional, but also had a great sense of humor and made the process fun and exciting. She made sure that we investigated every issue that came up with my new home and by the time we got to the settlement table, I felt totally comfortable with my investment. We started working with Leila in June 2019 to help us find a home in center city. She quickly understood our priorities for the search and gave us tips and market information on the different neighborhoods in central Philadelphia that we liked. She also introduced us to a couple of new areas in the city. After showing us many properties, Leila was instrumental in helping us complete the purchase of our new home.

She provided great advice throughout the process and had all of the key contacts necessary to help us close, such as a mortgage broker and home inspection company. She communicated with the seller’s agent, keeping us and the transaction on track through to closing.
