I always have certain issues when I am doing a search on a real estate website; their search criteria is too specific. I wanted a place that was within 20 miles of my work. All those websites made it so I had to search one city, or county, or township at a time. When I had 8 cities, 5 counties, and numerous townships within so far of my work, it made the task rather daunting. Liesa contacted me after one of my searches and asked what my requirements were. She put together a list of about 20 and I viewed my top 3. Liesa was genuinely excited for me, when I found one that I loved. I talked with Nick at Loan Depot and put in an offer that same day. I could tell that Liesa was excited for me and not just because of a commission.

We were so lucky to have Liesa as our realtor. She listened to our needs and was able to find us the perfect house. With only a month to move across the state, sell our home and buy a home, Liesa helped us through the entire process. She responded to any questions or concerns that would arise in a timely manner. Her experience with selling and closing homes made our life a whole lot easier and not as stressful.

Liesa did a great job. She was responsive and always took the time to listen and answer all my questions without making me feel like I was a bother. She walked me through the entire process and it was nice to always deal directly with her and not be passed off to others. She even went the extra mile to help us find someone to remove an Ice Dam on a weekend.
