Lilian is a Los Angeles native and a UCLA alumnus. Prior to becoming a Realtor, Lilian worked for a private holding company investing in venture capital, private equity, joint ventures, and particularly in real estate.
A very young homeowner, Lilian acquired two homes before the age of 25. She recognized a need in the real estate industry for clients to be represented in their best interest by an agent who cares. She understands your real estate goals whether you are selling, buying, or investing for capital gain or rental income.
Her goal is to Guide, Lead and Protect her clients.
She obtained her Real Estate Broker license and joined Dilbeck Real Estate where her team was awarded the #1 Team in the company multiple years.
In 2018, Lilian became a Broker Associate with Compass, a leading technology company revolutionizing the real estate industry. In 2020, she was nominated and awarded the 5 Star Professional Award.
Lilian is a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) and can assist sellers and buyers with short sale and foreclosure homes.
Lilian is a member of the Pasadena-Foothills Association of Realtors and California Association of Realtors.
Lilian is passionate about paying it forward. She currently volunteers with Redeemed Life Church's Food Pantry in Azusa. She was previously a Board Member at a local Homeowners Association. Lilian is a Coordinator for the Lincoln High School Mentoring Program. She sponsors a child in Swaziland, Africa, and loans money to empower those in underserved countries. Lilian has been part of several mission trips to Guatemala, and Haiti.
