Liliana is a truly professional real estate agent. She covers all of the bases and anticipates any possible problems while negotiating and closing. She gave good advice and helped with supportive conversation and was quick to respond. She is energetic and fun to work with. Always so helpful & patient, & even though I dint have all my financing ready to purchase a home liliana took the time to show me homes that I wanted to see.. she doenst treat you as a bussiness transaction only she treats you as a friend & doent rush you to buy a home your not happy with she wants you find the right house for your needs

Liliana did her homework and knew what needed to get done prior to listing the house in Des Plaines - and also saved me from doing a ton of work that I thought I needed to do! The house listed at a price higher then I thought we could get, and had an offer in 3 days for over the list price. I was remote and she was at the house for showings, appraisals and inspections. The way Liliana handled all of this left me with no worry and I appreciate that. With her guidance, the process was quick and smooth. Would HIGHLY recommend to anyone!!

We found Liliana Lohan from Lohan Realty, Inc to be outstanding in helping us prepare our property for rental. She was extremely knowledgeable, gave us valuable advice, and went out of her way to see that the apartment and building was ready for rental in a timely fashion. Liliana was very proactive in organizing tradespeople and fittings on our behalf. Liliana was able to rent our property very quickly. Liliana was very good at keeping us updated every step along the way. She takes the initiative to identify problems and devise solutions. She has strong communication skills and has shown us that she not only has the skills, but that she also has the ability to inspire respect and cooperate with all parties involved.
Based on my observation and experience with Lohan Realty, they clearly have the skill and professionalism for any size property. I therefore highly recommend Lohan Realty, Inc without reservation.

A realtor who treats you like family ! Period. She would advice wherever best and I can't remember a single instance where I felt least bit pressured. With her knowledge, experience and contacts she knows the ins and outs of the industry and made us aware of the pitfalls in buying a condo. I would definitely recommend her to everyone and more so to first time home buyers. She knows how to win your trust and keep it. During these uncertain times, we saw countless properties and it took me 10 months before I finalized on the property I liked. She was extremely patient and the most liveliest of person who is on her toes. Incredibly quick to respond and cater to questions. This lady has helped me so much. To me she is a saint, and I am so glad that our paths crossed 4 years ago, when I was forced to sell my home of 50 years at a short sale. She purchased my home and agreed with my realtor, to allow me to be able to remain in my home for a bit more than 3 months after closing. I had no where to go to with my 3 cats. With only social security coming in each month, my agent could not find a place to move to. Then I called Liliana about this, and she made lots and lots of phone calls and computer searches to help me to find a home. She drove me to place after place to see about availability and rent. Then with only 3 weeks to go, she located some senior housing for me. She acted as my go-between to guide me through all the procedures to moving there. Drove me to many places for old bank records, to have my cats receive their proper shots and to meetings at the senior home. Finally the senior housing agreed to all 3 cats and I was accepted. Then Liliana used her husband's truck to move my furniture there and set it up in the cozy apartment for me. She even bought me a bed with sheets, pillows, pillow cases, a flat screen TV, soap, shampoo, toothpaste, a winter coat, two sets of boots, numerous shirts, and pullovers, sweat pants, and even underwear too. Bought me numerous lunches during our search also. I am so grateful to know her and to be able to call her a friend. Just last Wednesday, she drove me to the emergency room because my car needs work. A very compassionate and caring individual. I would not be here if it was not for her.

Lily is the best of the best. Everyone has a different experience when buying or selling a house or location but she goes ABOVE AND BEYOND. If there was a more beyond past the beyond- that would be Lily. She MAKES it happen, come hell or high water nothing stops her from whatever the task may be from issues with the loan process and staying on top of each part of the process to staging the house to sell at top dollar. She was also very understanding and helpful with my situation which could have been a much messier transaction without her support and gentle approach. When you have a vision but do not know how to make it happen she can see it and make the vision alive. I have loved every realtor who has helped me but I will never choose another person after the support Lily has given me. She STILL is supporting me even after the sale.
