Lilian was refered to me by a close friend of mine two years ago. Lillian worked with us twice in two years. The first time, We dropped the deal just before signing the contract. This spring Lillian closed a good deal for us. Lillian always negotiated so hard for us and always got the price lower than we expected though that mean she got less commission. She always do whatever you ask for without any complaining and do whatever she think it's good for you even you don't ask. I recommend Lillian to everybody I know and they are all happy working with her.

When I had first communicated with Lillian Leone it was via e-mail. I had asked her multiple questions and, without knowing me, had responded immediately with thorough and detailed answers to all of my questions. I had also interviewed four other potential realtors in the same manner, and I received merely superficial answers to my requests. From that first e-mail encounter,until the time I closed on my new home, this past April, Lillian was and is the consummate professional. She is very knowledgeable in all aspects of the industry - market research, trends, home construction, evaluations, etc. She far surpasses the 100% delivery mark, and can accurately anticipate customers' needs, is always interested in researching opportunities on her client's behalf, and is available 24/7. No question is too insignificant, nor too complicated, as she delivers thorough information in a timely manner.
