This woman is A FORCE. She fought so hard for us that sometimes I wondered if she was the one buying a house. And when the lenders started to give us a hard time, she made calls, and was a fierce advocate. Lilian never made us feel like our questions were dumb. She never hesitated to over-explain again and again. What is lacking in this world is class act customer care. Lilian delivers that and then some. She realizes buying a home is a huge step for home owners and she handles them appropriately where other organizations may at times de-humanize you.

If you’re ever buying or selling in Florida, Lillian IS THE realtor you HAVE to go with. She gets her hands dirty. She hunkers down. She’s all in. She’s it!

Lillian always made herself available to me no matter the time or the day. She went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for. Although I didn’t end up buying a home due to having to care for my elderly parents I would highly recommend her to everyone. If you want the best, if you want someone who takes the time to listen to what you are looking for then she is the realtor for you.

The selling of our home, putting it in Lillian’s own words, “was bittersweet” and I might add very difficult. Saying that she had to go above and beyond to help us… falls short. She wasn’t only our realtor, she was our confident, our advisor, our friend, at the end she became our family. She fought and gave her 120% for us. I cannot thank her enough!

LILLIAN DID AN AWESOME JOB!!!!! I am rarely impressed by people these days but I was super impressed. She showed up with her estimate which was very organized and professional. You could tell that she did her homework. Each time we needed to meet we was on time. Her communication and keeping me informed was OUTSTANDING. I cannot say enough about the professionalism and desire to please. We sold the condo super quick and could not be happier. If you have any question about who to use for a real estate broker she is your woman.
