Before beginning my real estate career in 2011, I built a diverse professional background—as a dentist, a registered nurse, and the holder of a BS degree in Accounting. Each of these roles required dedication, discipline, and a deep sense of responsibility. These experiences have shaped my view of real estate not simply as a business of transactions, but as a profession rooted in service, trust, and care.

My approach is grounded in honesty, integrity, and a strong work ethic. I take pride in being reliable, responsive, and always putting my clients’ best interests first.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors, gardening, reading, and attending church—activities that help me stay grounded, balanced, and inspired.

We first found her info on Zillow and immediately impressed by her customer's reviews with were written in great details and with genuine appreciation of her professionalism and true care for clients. We were thinking of moving to the area for long time, but before connected with Lily, it was mostly just a rough idea. The purchase and negotiation process went very smoothly, Lily helped arrange all the due-dili work and suggested the right person/company to work with for inspection/repair estimate etc. We very much relied upon her opinion and interpretation of the reports etc, without her help, we could have missed something important or taken certain things for granted which could lead to trouble later. When the house is under contract, the area was hit by extreme harsh winter storm, Lily made several trips to the property to make sure the water pipes are not bursted and the house is in good condition. Again, we highly appreciate what she did, this is way beyond her routine duty as a realtor. As a matter of factor, I was trying to persuade her not to take the trip since that road was covered by ice and unsafe for driving. But she insisted, that's a live example how she went above and beyond caring for her clients. All in all, Lily is by far the best realtor we've ever worked with and now we deem her as a dear family friend, which transcends way beyond the professional working relationship. I highly recommend her to anyone who is considering buying or selling a house, you will be pleased and impressed, because that's exactly what we feel. Thank you Lily for what you've done for us!
