I Love my Job!!!

I have been a Real Estate Broker since 1984.
I have had many forever family's, thru-out my career and I was fortunate to be able to experience one of their happiest times in their lives, in owning a home. I am now working with their children and unfortunately having to assist in short sales for some of their homes, due to the housing crisis. I have worked with banks since 1992 in selling foreclosed homes, which was a vey emotional and distressing time, in my life, to see the family homes before the "cleanout".

I have a versatile listing approach. I allow the seller to sell their own home , if they find a buyer. I will release them from listing contract, without any penalty's. I will match any other commission quotes from other agents.

I am a FULL time realtor, old school and a hard worker. I have a wonderful son who has partnered up with me and brings all the technology. Call me ANYTIME!!!!
